Terms of Use

1. Definition of Parties

Provider: ELIRIO VIDEO SERVICE, RC 5681, Berrechid, Morocco.
User: Any natural or legal person using the site's services.

2. Scope of Services

The site offers the following services:

• Photo printing from phone
• Custom mugs with photo and text
• Digital photos for official documents
• Audiovisual production services
• US passport & visa photo compliance checker (automated technical tool)
• Remote technical accompaniment session (coming soon)
• Professional scanning of official documents (national ID card, passport, and similar documents), following strict security and confidentiality standards

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and include applicable taxes. We accept:

• Direct bank transfer (currently available for all orders within Morocco)
• Bank card via an approved online payment gateway (Visa / MasterCard) — being activated, coming soon

Free delivery: for any physical-delivery order exceeding 300 MAD within Morocco.

4. Return Policy

Given the personal/customized nature of most of our products, a different return policy applies depending on the type of service:

a) Custom mugs and photo printing: in case of a genuine defect (breakage during shipping, faded or misaligned print, photo/text different from what the customer sent), the default solution is free reprinting. A refund is only issued if reprinting is not possible. Complaint window: 10 days from receipt. No returns are accepted for simple change of mind after printing.

b) Digital photos for official documents and school photos (digital delivery): any genuine error on our part (wrong size or background) is corrected and resent free of charge. No refund after correct digital delivery matching the order.

c) School photos on CD: a defective CD or one containing incorrect content is replaced free of charge. No refund, as the work and materials have already been completed.

d) Photo compliance checker and technical accompaniment session: see Clause 5 (checker) and Clause 6 (session) below for terms specific to these two services.

5. Responsibility for Uploaded Photos

The user bears full responsibility for the photos they upload, and guarantees that they:

• Do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Do not contain offensive or illegal content
• Are owned by the user, or the user holds rights to publish and use them

6. Personal Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with our applicable privacy policy. We will not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All site content — text, images, and designs — is the exclusive property of ELIRIO VIDEO SERVICE. Copying or using it without prior written permission is prohibited.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Uploading offensive or pornographic photos
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Attempting to hack the site or manipulate its content
• Sending misleading or fraudulent content

9. Disclaimer — Photo Compliance Checking Tool

1. Nature of the Service: ELIRIO VIDEO SERVICE provides an automated technical tool that analyzes an uploaded photo (personal photo or passport scan) and compares it against the official U.S. State Department passport and visa photo standard (2×2 inches, regulatory reference 22 CFR § 42.33) — dimensions, lighting, background, file format — then generates a detailed technical report showing compliance with each individual criterion.

2. No Final Determination: The report produced by the tool is a guidance-only technical indicator, and does not in any way constitute a decision to accept or reject any photo or file. The final decision on accepting or rejecting any photo or file rests exclusively with the relevant official government authority, which we do not represent and do not speak on behalf of.

3. Limits of Liability: Service fees are paid solely in exchange for performing the technical check and issuing the report, and are non-refundable once processing is complete, regardless of any decision the official authority may later make regarding any application in which the customer uses this photo.

10. Disclaimer — Technical Accompaniment Session

1. Nature of the Service: a live video session via WhatsApp, where an expert guides the customer verbally while they fill in their own official forms themselves. The customer types, clicks, and submits throughout. We never request or use remote control of the customer's device or personal account.

2. Limits of Liability: our role is strictly limited to technical and language accompaniment. We have no connection to the selection process, no influence over it, and make no promise of any outcome. The final decision rests exclusively, and entirely at random, with the official government authority.

3. Fees: paid solely for the time and expertise of the session, non-refundable once complete, regardless of any later decision by the government authority.

11. Scanning of Official Documents

1. Nature of the Service: this service is performed exclusively in-store, where the customer brings their original official document (national ID, passport, or similar) themselves to be scanned directly under their own supervision.

2. Confidentiality and Data Protection: we maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling these documents. No scanned copy is shared with any third party under any circumstances, and it is used only for the purpose explicitly requested by the customer.

3. Retention Period: the scanned copy is delivered to the customer immediately (via email or USB flash drive), and is not retained by us in any case after delivery — it is permanently deleted from our devices as soon as it is delivered to the customer.

4. Customer Responsibility: the customer is responsible for ensuring the validity of the document provided, its suitability for the intended purpose, and confirming receipt of their delivered copy before leaving the store.

12. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the site means acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Applicable Law

These terms are subject to Moroccan law. In case of dispute, jurisdiction belongs to the Commercial Courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
